Dry dates, Lime Juice, Cane sugar, Black pepper powder, Rock salt, Pomegranate powder, Black salt, Akal Garo, Sonamukhi Leaves, Black cumin (Shahi jeera), Long Pepper (Lindi), Himaj, Vavding, Admad, Carom seeds, Dill seeds, Cumin seeds, Fennel seeds, Fenugreek seeds, Black Cardamom, Coriander seeds, Dry Ginger (powder), Bangdi Khar, Cinnamon, Cloves, Green Cardamom, Pipramul Powder, Nutmeg.

Tasting notes:

Sweet, slightly tangy and savoury with notes of cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, star anise, green cardamom and cumin.

Process:

The dates are cleaned and soaked in water to soften and then dried over a week until firm, after which it is seasoned.
