Our jalapenos come all the way from a farm in Satara, they are washed and dried, the stalk is removed and its then cut into pieces and kept aside.We use seedless Greek olives for this pickle, both black and green olives are used to improve colour and add another dimension in flavour, the olives are drained of the brine and left to dry under shade to remove surface moisture.
During the drying process the the masala for the pickle is made which is a mixture of rai kuria, methi kuria, Kashmiri red chilli, turmeric powder, asafoetida and mustard oil.
All the ingredients are then mixed into the masala and left to marinate in our pickle jars for a couple of days.
The pickle is now ready to be packed and shipped to our customers.
Small batches
Goosebumps pickles rest for weeks in clay pots for slow fermentation process. We pack them in bottles and they are ready to be dispatched. We make everything in small batches because we want to keep the flavour of the product as fresh as possible. Shipping timeline
The order is normally processed within 24-48 hours post receipt of the order. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and on public holidays.
Your order will be shipped through the surface mode only (via road transport). It will be delivered in:
1) Metro cities - 4-5 business days
2) Non-metro cities: 5-7 business days
COD orders
Customers receive an automated call for confirmation of the order. Press 1 to confirm. COD orders are individually confirmed with customers before the dispatch of each order and are not dispatched until confirmed from the customer side. In case of delay in confirmation, the dispatch of the same gets affected.
- Cash on delivery (COD) will invite an additional charge of Rs. 50.
- COD is not applicable on Gift Box orders.
We currently offer Cash on Delivery facility for selected pin codes only. Basis the pin code entered in the address field, the system will display the availability of COD option on the Checkout page.
