Ingredients
- Puffed Rice (Muri) - 60 gms (1 cup)
- Chana Jor Garam - 50 gms (3/4 cup)
- Plain Bhujia - 30 gms (1/4 cup)
- Goosebumps Jhal Muri Masala - 1 teaspoon
- Black salt - 1/2 tsp
- Boiled Yellow Peas - 1/2 cup
- Sprouted Bengal Gram - 2 tablespoon
- Green chilies - 2 no ( Finely chopped)
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon (finely chopped)
- Boiled Potatoes - 1/2 cup (Chopped)
- Fresh coconut - 1 tablespoon (Chunks)
- Mustard Oil - 2 teaspoons
- Onions - 2 tablespoons (Finely chopped)
- Tomatoes - 2 tablespoons (de-seeded, Finely chopped)
- Lime - 1/2 no.
Directions
- Before starting, make sure that your muri is very crispy. You can microwave it for 30 seconds if you want.
- Take muri in a large mixing bowl. Add jor garam and bhujiya. Sprinkle the Goosebumps Jhal Muri Masala and black salt. Add boiled yellow peas and raw, sprouted Bengal gram. Add green chilies and ginger. Now, add the boiled and chopped potato. Add coconut. Add the dry(ish) ingredients first so that the muri does not turn soggy.
- Drizzle some raw mustard oil. Add onions, tomatoes, and a squeeze lime juice.
- Mix quickly and serve.
