Garlic Pickle Dip

This garlic dip recipe is made from our lacto fermented garlic pickle, Its smooth and spicy, savoury has plenty of umami and is an ideal dip or bread and can even be used as a salad dressing.

Ingredients
- Onion - ½ no. (finely chopped)
- Tomato - ½ no (Finely chopped)
- Coriander leaves - ¼ bunch (Finely chopped)
- Plain Mayonnaise - 150 gms
- Goosebumps Garlic Pickle- 30 gm
- Lime - ½ no.
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chips of your choice - Nachos/ Potato chips/ french fries etc
Directions
- Puree the Garlic pickle to a smooth paste and keep aside.
- In a bowl, add mayonnaise, onion, tomato, lime juice, coriander leaves, salt and pepper and the pureed garlic pickle and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with fries, nachos or chips.
