Spiced Fennel Cookies

These fennel spiced cookies are crispy at the sides and chewy in the middle, They are very easy to make and are an excellent tea time treat, Our fennel sherbet mix adds a decent amount of spice to this recipe making it a refreshing snack.

Ingredients
- Sugar - 3/4 th cup
- Butter - 1/2 cup (Room temperature)
- Egg- 1 large
- Vanilla flavour - 1 teaspoon
- Refined Flour - 1 1/2 cups
- Fennel powder - 1 teaspoon
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Goosebumps Fennel Sharbat Mix - 1 tablespoons for coating and one tablespoon for cookie mixture
Directions
- In a mixer bowl, cream together sugar and butter; beat in egg and vanilla.
- Combine flour, fennel powder, baking powder and salt.
- Add to butter mixture. Blend well.
- Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or till firm enough to roll into balls.
- Shape dough into small balls about 3/4-inch in diameter.
- Roll in the Fennel sharbat Mix to coat.
- Set cookies 1-inch apart on lightly greased cookie sheets.
- Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or till the edges are lightly browned.
- Cool slightly on pans, then remove to racks to cool completely.
