Cranberry Kalonji Dahi Puri

Ingredients
- Puris - 10-12 nos
- Sev - 50 gms
- Bhoondi - 50 gms
- Onion - ½ no (Finely chopped)
- Tomato - 1/2 no, (Finely chopped)
- Coriander leaves - ¼ bunch (Finely chopped)
- Goosebumps Cranberry kalonji Pickle - 50 gm
- Green chutney - 50 gms
- Boiled Potato - ½ no
- Yogurt - 200 gm
- Salt, pepper, chilly powder and chaat masala - to taste
Directions
- Prepare 4-5 puris per person by breaking the puri in the middle.
- Spoon some onions and tomatoes in each of the puris, followed by the green chutney, after this spoon a a little of the Cranberry kalonji Pickle in each of the puris.
- Top the puris with yogurt, sev and bhoondi and then more yogurt, Sprinkle salt, red chili powder, chaat masala.
- Garnish with chopped coriander, sev and bhoondi and serve.
