Bircher Mango Muesli
Enjoy a perfect start to your day with this Bircher Mango Muesli, a wholesome blend of soaked oats, creamy yogurt, spiced dehydrated mangoes, and crunchy nuts.

Bircher Muesli was developed around 1900 by Swiss physician Maximilian Bircher-Brenner for his patients and is a very popular breakfast in Switzerland and Germany. The original recipe called for more fresh fruit than oats and soaked the raw oats overnight since they took some time to soften. To make it exciting and tastier you can replace the fresh fruit with a combination of any of our Masala fruits. Nowadays, a soak time of 30-60 minutes seems to suffice when using quick oats.
