Ingredients
- Hung Curd – 150 gms
- Goosebumps Cumin salt – to taste
- Green chilies (Chopped) – 1 tablespoon
- Mustard Oil – 2 tablespoons
- Chopped ginger – 1 tablespoon
- Chopped coriander – for garnish
Directions
- Season the hung curd with Goosebumps Cumin salt and keep aside.
- Make a tempering with the mustard oil, green chillies and ginger and add to the hung curd mixture
- Season with Goosebumps Cumin Salt if needed and garnish with coriander leaves
