Pyaz (Onion) Pakora

Ingredients
- Onions – 4 nos (Sliced)
- Salt – To taste
- Oil – To deep fry
- Red Chili powder – ½ teaspoon
- Turmeric powder – 1/4th teaspoon
- Goosebumps Ajwain seeds – 1/4th teaspoon
- Goosebumps Dhanajeera powder – ½ teaspoon
- Goosebumps Pakora Masala - 1 teaspoon
- Chickpea flour (Besan) –4 tablespoons
- Green chilies – For garnish
Directions
- Add 1/4th teaspoon salt to the sliced onions, mix well and keep aside for 30 min. Squeeze out the leached water and keep aside.
- Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Goosebumps Dhanajeera powder, ajwain and chickpea flour and a little salt and mix lightly till just combined.
- Fry tiny morsels in hot oil until golden brown.
- Toss the pakoras with Goosebumps Pakora masala and serve immediately garnished with green chillies.
