Gujarati Chaas

This simple and refreshing chaas recipe is an absolute delight made using our In house blended Chaas masala, you don't need to add salt to this recipe since our masala is well seasoned.

Ingredients
- Curd (Yogurt) - 1.5 cup (375 gms)
- Gujarati Chaas Masala - 1 teaspoon (Use like salt)
- Water - 1 cup (Chilled) or as needed
- Mint leaves - 1 tablespoon (Finely chopped) optional)
- Ice cubes - 5 to 6 nos (optional)
- Coriander Leaves - Finely chopped (For garnish)
Directions
- In a blender, add the curd, Goosebumps Gujarati Chaas masala, mint leaves, water and salt.
- Blend for 2 to 3 minutes, until the ingredients are combined and the curd has been mixed well. You should see a nice frothy foamy layer with a bit of butter fat separated from the blending.
- Pour in glasses. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately.
- You can also place the the butter milk in the refrigerator to make it cold. Then serve later.
