Jor Garam and Cranberry Bhel

This take on the classic bhelpuri is light, easy to digest, fun and completely vegan too! So when you are not up for having a salad, we highly recommend you add this recipe to your snack list.

Ingredients
- Goosebumps Jor Garam and Cranberry Mix – 100 gm
- Puffed Rice – 50 gm
- Sev - 50 gms
- Fresh Coriander – 1/4th cup (Finely chopped)
- Onion – 1 medium sized (Finely chopped)
- Tomatoes – 1 medium sized (Finely chopped)
- Bhel Puris (as needed)
- Green chutney - 1 tablespoon
- Tamarind Chutney - 1 tablespoon
- Lime - 1/2 no.
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rice puffs, sev with the Jor Garam and Cranberry Snack mix (You may use any other puffed grain of your choice)
- Add in the chopped tomato, onion and coriander leaves and mix
- Add both the chutneys and lime juice as per taste and toss until well combined
- Serve with a garnish of coriander sprigs and Puris.
