Kala Channa and Sprouts Salad

Ingredients
- Dried Kala Channa (Black chickpeas) - 1 cup
- Sprouted Moong - 1/4 th cup
- Bean Sprouts - 1/4th cup
- Onion - ½ cup (diced)
- Tomato - ½ cup tomato (de-seeded and diced)
- Cucumber - 1/2 cup (Diced)
- Green chili - 1-2 (finely chopped) optional
- Mint Leaves - 2 tablespoons
- Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons
- Lime Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Goosebumps Salad seasoning - 1 teaspoon
- Goosebumps Moong Chapta and Black currant Mix - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
Directions
- Wash and then soak the channa overnight (6 hours)
- Pressure cook the rinsed and soaked black chickpeas, salt with 2.5 cups water for 8 whistles on medium-low heat. Let the pressure release naturally.
- In a large mixing bowl, add all the salad ingredients like boiled kala chana (brown chickpeas), sprouts, veggies, seasonings and lemon juice. Toss gently to combine.
- Top with our Moong Chapta and black currant mix and serve immediately.
