Keri and green moong salad with Goosebumps salad seasoning

Ingredients
- Boiled Potato - 1 medium sized (Chopped)
- Sprouted Moong - 1 cup
- Raw Mango - 1/4th cup (Chopped)
- Spring Onion - 2 nos (Chopped)
- Roasted Pistachio - 2 tablespoons (sliced)
- Cucumber - 1/2 cup (Diced)
- Green chili - 1-2 (finely chopped) optional
- Lime Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Goosebumps Salad seasoning - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon,
Directions
- Cook the sprouted moong in salted water until done (2-3 minutes), Make sure it retains its bite, keep aside to cool.
- In a large bowl combine the boiled potato, sprouted moong, raw mango, spring onion, roasted pistachio, cucumber, green chilies.
- Add the lime juice, sugar, Goosebumps salad seasoning, olive oil and salt to taste and mix well
- Serve with crackers or nachos.
