Masala Chai Popsicles

This is a perfect recipe for all chai lovers this summer, its easy to make and super tasty too. Infused with spices these chai popsicles are aromatic and delicous with just the right amount of spice to hit the spot.

Ingredients
- Water - 2 cups (450 ml)
- Milk - 2 cups (450 ml) (Use full cream if possible)
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Black tea leaves - 1 teaspoon
- Goosebumps Artisanal Chai Masala - ½ teaspoon
- Condensed milk - ½ cup (Optional)
- A pinch of salt
Directions
- Bring water and tea leaves to a boil, reduce flame and add in the milk.
- Simmer the mixture until the milk starts to thicken.
- Mix in the sugar and simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Switch off the stove, add the Goosebumps Artisanal Chai Masala and let this mixture infuse for a few minutes.
- If you have a sweet tooth, you can add in the condensed milk at this point if needed.
- Strain this mixture and pour into popsicle/Kulfi molds and freeze overnight.
- Demold and enjoy.
