Ingredients
- Refined Flour - 5 tablespoons (60 gms)
- Goosebumps Masala Cherry - 3 tablespoons (10 nos)
- Powdered Sugar - 3.5 tablespoons (45 gms)
- Dark choco chips - 2 table spoons (25 gms)
- Cocoa powder - 1 tablespoon (12 gms)
- Baking powder - 1/3rd teaspoon
- Milk - 4 tablespoons (50 ml)
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon (12 ml)
- Vanilla flavour - 1/2 teaspoon
Directions
- In a Bowl , mix all the dry ingredients together(Coat the cherries in a little flour before mixing) until just combined. Add the wet ingredients to this mixture and mix well.
- Spoon the batter into mugs until 3/4th full
- Microwave on high for 90 seconds to 2 minutes, watching to make sure it doesn’t spill over (depending on the size of the mug).
- Let it cool for a couple of minutes before eating. Top with powdered sugar and a couple of Masala cherries (optional).
