Masala Methi Puri

Ingredients
- Whole wheat flour - 1 cup
- Turmeric powder - 1/4th teaspoon
- Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Goosebumps Methi Masala - 2 teaspoons
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - for frying
Directions
- To make the Methi Masala puris, combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead to a firm dough using just enough water. Rest the dough for 20 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 24 equal portions and roll into approx. 3 inch diameter puris.
- Heat Oil in a Kadai and deep fry the puris one at a time on medium high flame until golden brown on both sides.
- Drain oil and serve hot with curd or pickles
