Mixed Sabzi

A vibrant and delicious yet simple sabzi made with cauliflower, carrots and green peas, lightly spiced with our zesty sabzi masala. (Make your own version by choosing any other vegetable.)

Ingredients
- Carrot – 2 nos (diced)
- Cauliflower – 1/4th no (cut into florets)
- Onion – 1 large (diced)
- Green peas – ½ cup (120 gm)
- Tomato - 2 medium (finely chopped)
- Ginger garlic paste – ½ teaspoon
- Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Ghee – optional
- Tomato puree - 1/4th cup (60 ml) (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Goosebumps Sabzi Masala – 1.5 teaspoon
- Cumin seeds (Jeera)– ½ teaspoon
- Amchur powder – 1/4 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder (Haldi) - pinch
- Coriander leaves (Dhaniya) – for garnish
- Water – as needed
Directions
- Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds, amchur powder, turmeric powder and red chili powder and sauté till oil separates.
- Add onions, green chilies, cauliflower, green peas, carrots, along with the Goosebumps Sabzi masala and sauté for a few minutes. Cook until the vegetables are done and most of the water has evaporated.
- Check seasoning and serve hot.
