This tangy and flavourful Indian lemonade is made from freshly squeezed limes, blended with our in-house spice blend, creating the perfect balance of savoury and citrusy notes. Served chilled over ice and garnished with mint leaves and a slice of lime, Nimbu Shikanji is a rejuvenating drink that not only cools you down but also invigorates your senses.

Ingredients
- Lime - 1 no (Halved)
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon (or as needed)
- Goosebumps Shikanji masala - 1/2 teaspoon
- Mint Leaves - 2-3 nos
- Ice cubes – as needed
- Club soda – as needed
Directions
- In a tall glass, add 1 tablespoon sugar and and lime juice and stir until sugar dissolves (add more sugar if you prefer it sweeter)
- Add ½ tsp of shikanji masala and 2-3 fresh mint leaves (Optional)
- Add ice cubes as needed and top with soda.
- Give it a good stir and serve.
