Sulaimani Chai

Our Sulaimani Chai Masala is inspired by the famous traditional Sulaimani Chai (black tea) from Kerala. A fusion of fruity and aromatic elements where zesty orange and warm cinnamon intertwine that transcends ordinary tea, as the delicate hint of pepper adds a subtle touch of excitement to each sip.

Ingredients
- Water – 2 cups (450 ml)
- Black Tea leaves – 1 teaspoon
- Sugar – as needed
- Lime - 1/4th no.
- Goosebumps Sulaimani Chai Masala – 1/4 th teaspoon (Add more if you need a stronger flavour)
Directions
- Heat 2 cups of water in a pan.
- Add chai patti/tea leaves and let it boil for a minute.
- Reduce flame, add in the Goosebumps Sulaimani Chai masala and simmer for a minute.
- Strain, add a squeeze of lime and serve.
