Aloo Tikki and Red Cabbage Wrap

Crispy and spicy aloo tikkis topped with a red cabbage and a variety of chutneys and seasoned with our In house blended Mumbai Frankie Masala, this recipe is bound to leave you craving for more.

Ingredients
For the Aloo Tikkis
- Potatoes - 3 medium sized or 300 gms potatoes (Boiled)
- Goosebumps All Purpose Roast Seasoning - 1 teaspoon
- Roasted Cumin powder - ½ teaspoon
- Rice Flour/ Corn flour - 2 tablespoons
- Coriander leaves - 2 to 3 teaspoons
- Oil - 2 to 3 tablespoons (For frying)
- salt as required
For the rotis
- Whole wheat flour - 1/2 cup
- Refined Flour - 1/2 cup
- Salt - 1/4th teaspoon
- Water as needed
Sauces and seasonings
- Red Chutney (Any)
- Green chutney (Optional)
- Goosebumps Mumbai Frankie Masala - 2 teaspoons
Vegetables
- Red Cabbage - 1 cup
- White Cabbage - 1/2 cup
- Onions - 1 medium (Finely sliced)
Directions
- Mash the potatoes along with the spices, coriander leaves and rice flour/ corn flour and salt, shape into patties and shallow fry until golden brown on both sides and keep aside.
- Make a soft dough using the whole wheat flour, refined flour, salt and water and rest for 20 minutes, divide into 5 portions and roll into thin chapatis, cook on tava until done and keep aside. (Applying oil on tava is optional)
- Assemble the wrap, apply the chutneys on the rotis and place the tikki on top and gently press on it , top with vegetables and sprinkle the Goosebumps Mumbai frankie masala generously.
- Roll the wrap and serve (You can also tava grill the rolled wrap for a few minutes before serving.
