Mushroom Pepper Fry

Ingredients
- Coconut Oil – 4 tablespoons
- Mustard seeds – 1 teaspoon
- Curry leaves – 5-6 nos
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
- Onion – 1 large (thinly sliced)
- Bell peppers – 1 large cut into strips
- Green chillies- 2 nos (finely chopped)
- Button Mushrooms – 500 gms (Halved)
- Goosebumps Malabar Garam masala - 1 heaped teaspoon
- Coriander leaves - For garnish (finely chopped)
Directions
- Heat Coconut oil in a pan, add in the mustard seeds and curry leaves and saute until the mustard splutters.
- Add in the onions and saute until slightly golden, add in the ginger garlic paste and saute for 3 -4 minutes.
- Add in the bell pepper and mushrooms and saute on high heat until the water from the mushroom has almost evaporated.
- Add the Goosebumps South Indian Garam masala and mix well, saute for a few more minutes until the masala is cooked.
- Check seasoning, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
