Bhakarwadi and Green Chili Salad

A fresh and chatpata quick salad made with mini bhakarwadis for a crunch and our green chili pickle for spice and flavour.

Ingredients
- Onion - ½ Medium sized (Diced)
- Red Bell pepper - ½ no. (Diced)
- Yellow Pepper - ½ no. (Diced)
- Cucumber - ½ no (Diced)
- Cooked chickpeas - 3 tablespoons
- Tomato - 1 Medium sized (Diced)
- Coriander leaves - For garnish
- Mini Bhakarwadis - 100 gms
- Pumpkin and sunflower seeds - 1 tablespoon each
- Goosebumps Green chili Pickle - 2 tablespoons (Chopped)
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 1 Tablespoon
- Lime - ½ no.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Directions
- Make the dressing by combining the olive oil, lime juice, salt, pepper and green chili pickle, mix well and keep aside
- Combine all the vegetable and bhakarwadi in a bowl and toss with the dressing.
- Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
